Stanford Bootcamp Bootleg

  • February 6, 2014
  • By a2ru Bootcamp combines creative and analytical approaches and requires collaboration across disciplines. Bootcamp focuses on learning by doing. Students define problems and immerse themselves in the field, developing empathy for the people they design for while uncovering real human needs that can be addressed in concrete and meaningful ways.

Students move on to iteration and develop an unexpected range of possible solutions with which they create prototypes to take back into the field and test. The bias of this type of training is towards action, reflection and personal discovery. Experience is measured by iteration which leads to insights and solutions.

The Bootcamp Bootleg outlines the program. More information is available at the website.
